Nintendo Considers Countersuit Against Atari
Earlier this month Atari Games filed a lawsuit against Nintendo for $100 million claiming the Japanese video game giant has a monopoly on the U.S. video game industry. Now Nintendo is threatening Atari with a lawsuit of its own, claiming violation of their licensing agreement. We’re hearing rumblings there may be more to this and expect more legal action (possibly from both sides) in the coming months.
