Dragon Quest 30th Anniversary Live Stream Tonight
Can you believe it’s been 30 years since the original Dragon Quest released for the Famicom in Japan? Nintendo would later release it in 1989 over here in the U.S. as Dragon Warrior. It remains one of my all-time favorite franchises, and although we often don’t get the same releases over here, I have hope that many of the games shown in this stream will make their way out in English.
Will we see more of Dragon Quest XI? It’s already been announced for the 3DS and PlayStation 4, with an NX version under consideration. The live stream will begin tonight at 11 PM Central. It will be in Japanese, but it will be entertaining to see any new footage from the games in development. If there are any breaking news items, we’ll be sure to let you know.
