Detective Pikachu Coming To Japan
Detective Pikachu: Birth of a New Duo (translated from Japanese, thanks to serebii.net) is coming to the Japanese 3DS eShop on February 3, 2016. It will retail for 1500 yen, but from now until February 29th it will be available for a discounted rate of 1200 yen (roughly $10).
This cinematic adventure game stars a Pikachu that’s out on an adventure for clues. He puts on his detective cap and is ready to solve cases. The trailer shows off a creepy sounding Pikachu with a deep voice. It might be nightmare fuel for some. No word on whether or not this game will be released elsewhere in the world.
