Two New Zelda: Twilight Princess HD Trailers
In exactly one month from today, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is scheduled to come out for the Wii U. This HD release will not only have prettier graphics, but it will also have some gameplay tweaks thanks to the Wii U’s GamePad and amiibo support.
The biggest enhancements come with the touch screen and its ability to show the map while exploring the dungeon instead of having to go into a menu to see it. Item selection is also improved as you can just tap it on the screen and Link will equip it. Gyro controls can also be used to aim certain weapons and the right analog stick will allow you to freely move the camera angle. Of course, Off-TV support is included for those that want to play right on the GamePad’s screen.
The other trailer shows off the Wolf Link amiibo and the challenge dungeon it unlocks. This one is completely in Japanese, but it’s still worth watching to see more of the game.
I like the direction this remake is heading. The graphics are much improved over the muddy Wii visuals, and the small enhancements will make the game more enjoyable than ever. If you have never played Twilight Princess before, this one will be epic for you. It’s a fantastic Zelda game!
