If you’ve ever played either game in the Zero Escape series: 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (DS) or Virtue’s Last Reward (3DS), you’ll know that there are unique puzzles scattered throughout. The third game in the series, Zero Time Dilemma, is expected to release this summer on 3DS. However, you won’t have to wait that long to become immersed in the game. Next month during the GDC (March 14-18), series creator Kotaro Uchikoshi will be on-hand to show off the new game to members of the press.
Keeping in the same vein as the games, Aksys Games and SCRAP Entertainment are creating a real life escape room based on the series. It’s called Real Zero Escape: Trust on Trial and it will open on April 15, 2016 at Weller Court in Los Angeles. Players will be locked inside a room and have only 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and escape. Tickets go on sale in ten days, on February 29, 2016. Check out the official site for more information.
