Digital Download Thursdays

Relive the glory days of the NES with two Virtual Console games from Nintendo: Star Tropics and its sequel, Zoda’s Revenge. As Mike Jones, you’re on a quest to rescue your uncle on a mysterious tropical paradise. There are plenty of traps to avoid and enemies to vanquish as you explore the vast dungeons that wait. I’ve never played the sequel, but the original was a fun romp back when it came out. Gameplay is reminiscent of the Zelda series, although movement is a bit more methodical. At only $4.99, it’s definitely worth a go if you’ve never tried it before.
