Fire Emblem Warriors Preview

Last week at the Nintendo Switch Presentation Nintendo unveiled plans for Fire Emblem Warriors to come out on the Switch. Today, during its Fire Emblem Direct, it was revealed that not only is it coming to the Switch, but it’s also going to release for the New Nintendo 3DS line of systems. It’s important to note that it will not work on a regular 3DS or 2DS.

An extended version of the teaser trailer that was shown last week debuted today. It shows off some brief gameplay footage from the Nintendo Switch version of the game. It very much looks like the crazy chaotic fighting we’ve come to expect from the Warriors-style of games. With the success of Hyrule Warriors, Fire Emblem seems like a perfect fit for that type of gameplay.

Both the New 3DS and Nintendo Switch versions Fire Emblem Warriors are scheduled for Fall of 2017. So, we can add one more game to the ever-growing Nintendo Switch 2017 lineup. We’ll keep updating this preview with new information, screens, and videos as the game approaches its release date.
