If you’re looking for the Zelda: Breath of the Wild strategy guide, it can be a tough find. The guide is out of print at most locations. Luckily the publisher is creating a new version called the Expanded Edition. It will be a massive 512 pages and cover the main game as well as the two Expansion Pass DLC packs. You can pre-order it on Amazon right now for $39.99! It ships on February 13, 2018.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild guides have finally appeared on GameStop’s site. Right now they are taking pre-orders on the Standard Edition as well as the Collector’s Edition. They aren’t currently carrying the Deluxe Edition, but they will probably add that later as it gets closer to its new March 31 date. The other two guides arrive alongside the game on March 3, 2017.
If you’re looking to score a Deluxe Edition of the guide, you can do so at Barnes & Noble and also at Amazon. Just remember you’ll have to wait a bit longer for it to arrive.

We know many of our readers have expressed interest in the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild strategy guides. We’ve been keeping you up to date on where to pre-order them. Up until now no retailer has taken pre-orders on the Deluxe Edition of the guide. Barnes & Noble has finally put it up for pre-order, but there are a few hitches.
First up, the price! Yikes! It’s listed at $79.99. Now, there is a possibility that this will get reduced, as books are often placed on sale. Still, it’s a bit insane when the guide costs more than the game, right? The other issue is that Barnes & Noble lists the guide as releasing on March 31, 2017. Now, this could totally be a placeholder date and it could still be coming out alongside the other s on March 3. Then again, maybe not. It’s something to consider before placing an order.
Keep in mind that Amazon generally has guides at a very reduced price prior to launch. For example, they currently have the Collector’s Edition 40% off and are selling it for $23.99 instead of the $49.99 MSRP. The Standard Edition is 39% off at $15.33 instead of $24.99.
