Japan Gets 20 Nintendo Switch Games For Launch

Snipperclips has just been announced it will release on the Switch eShop in the U.S. on launch day. So we’ve added that to the list below!

Out of nowhere Blaster Master Zero has not only been confirmed as a Nintendo Switch title, but it’s also making launch in Japan next week! What?
According to Japanese Nintendo, the following games will be available for the Nintendo Switch on day one in Japan:
- 1-2 Switch
- Dragon Quest Heroes I & II
- I Am Setsuna
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Disgaea 5 Complete
- Nobunaga
- Puyo Puyo Tetris
- Super Bomberman R
- Snipperclips
- Soldam: Mu Kaika Sengen
- Soratobu Bubbun Baan
- New Frontier Days: Founding Pioneers
- Othello
- VOEZ
- King of Fighters ’98
- Metal Slug 3
- Shock Troopers
- Wake Wake 7
- World Heroes Perfect
- Blaster Master Zero
By comparison, we are expecting the following launch games in the United States:

There could be more games added to our launch list, since Nintendo is broadcasting a special indie game presentation next Tuesday at 9 am PT. Maybe we’ll get Snipperclips pushed to launch and possibly Blaster Master Zero as well? Those would be fantastic additions.
