Flipping Death Preview
Flipping Death is a highly stylized 2D adventure game that combines platforming and puzzles together to create a very unique and twisted world to explore. You play as Penny, a recently deceased girl who must help trapped ghosts with your trusted scythe. Since Death is on vacation, it’s up to you to help out the inhabitants of Flatwood Peaks, a small whimsical town in need of a caretaker.
The game’s graphic style looks very intriguing and has an almost Tim Burton feel to it. You’ll be able to explore the colorful world and flip between the land of the living and the land of the dead with a simple press of a button. You will then need to possess the living and use them to solve crucial puzzles to progress further in the adventure. Along the way you’ll need to solve the biggest mystery of all: your own death!
Flipping Death is the spiritual successor to Stick It To The Man, and is scheduled to arrive sometime later in the year on the Nintendo Switch. It will support HD Rumble and we’re excited to give it a go once it arrives. We’ll have more on the game as details emerge.
