The Legend Of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild Has Sold 3.84 Million Copies

[Correction: In our original article we stated 2.76 million total Zelda copies were sold, but we forgot to add in the Wii U sales numbers. This has been rectified in the article below]:

Nintendo has released some sales data from its annual financial meeting. One of the big highlights is that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has sold 3.84 million copies worldwide. This is from March 3, 2017 through March 31, 2017 and doesn’t include any sales from April, so that number will be even higher. It does include digital copies as well as physical games. Of that 3.84 million, 1.08 million were on the Wii U and 2.76 million were on the Nintendo Switch.

It’s one of our favorite games of all time, so we’re happy to see it selling as well as it is. If you haven’t played it yet, what are you waiting for? Our full review is right here.
