Sushi Striker: The Way Of Sushido Preview
Today during Nintendo Treehouse Live the localization team unveiled a brand new 3DS game called Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido. It’s a puzzle action game that has you matching colored plates and types of sushi to hurl them at your opponent.
You’ll utilize the touchscreen to match the plates of sushis and rack up tall stacks. Connecting the same-colored plates and building combos can result in more plates stacking up, which in turn will result in a more devastating attack against the other player or computer opponent.
This game is being developed by the same team responsible for NES Remix. It’s wacky and weird, but it also looks fun and addicting. It won’t be ready until sometime in 2018, and in fact much of the game is still in Japanese. Don’t worry, it will all be localized before it hits our shores.
