The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Preview

One of the premiere western developed RPGs from the past several years is undoubtedly The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Its massive world is fun to explore and the insane amount of NPCs and quests are sure to keep you busy for hours on end. It was one of the first games to really engage the player by having seemingly random events occur, so you never quite knew what to expect when you went out on your journey.

The Nintendo Switch version takes all of what you loved about Skyrim before and adds even more cool features. Besides the fact that you’ll be able to take Skyrim on the go and play anywhere you like, the game will also feature motion controls for combat and lock picking. The game is also compatible with Zelda amiibo, which when tapped can reward you with special outfits and gear from the series. Who doesn’t want the Master Sword and Hylian Shield?

Also included with the Switch version of the game are all of the official add-ons. These include Dragonborn, Hearthfire, and Dawnguard. Right now the game is scheduled to release in time for Christmas 2017. The Switch won’t have any shortage of RPGs this year!
