So, How Much Can You Get For A Sealed Copy Of Super Mario Bros?
We recently reported that a sealed copy of Stadium Events garnered over $40,000 in an eBay auction. That seemed like an insane amount of money to pay for a game, but it was somewhat understandable since so few copies of the game ever survived at retail.
Perhaps more surprising is that a sealed copy of Super Mario Bros., one of the most prolific games on the NES, just recently sold for $30,000 on eBay. Yes, we imagine it’s quite rare to still have a copy of this game sealed, but the mere fact that the game is readily available would lead one to think the value would be lessened. Apparently not! How much would you pay for a sealed copy of your favorite NES game? Let us know down below!
