Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle Gets Season Pass
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle comes out next week on August 29 from Ubisoft and Nintendo. The game takes Mario into a genre he’s never encountered before: strategic turn-based RPG like XCOM. From all accounts the game is feature-rich with plenty to play and discover, but in today’s world of trying to keep the player engaged and not sell off his or her copy of the game once beaten, there will be a Season Pass that gamers can purchase to add more stuff to the game.
For $19.99 the pass will give players at launch 8 unique steampunk weapons, each with its own statistics. This fall players will be able to test their skills with new solo challenges and additional co-op maps. Finally, in 2018 players will be able to play through brand new story content.
