RIVE: Ultimate Edition Arrives On Switch This Week With 15% Discount
I originally played RIVE on the Wii U back in 2015 when it was part of Nintendo’s Nindies at E3 promotion. It seemed very promising back then, but the game ran into some trouble and was delayed, and then the Wii U ran into some trouble and was discontinued. So, the team didn’t give up and is now releasing the RIVE: Ultimate Edition on the Switch this Friday!
Since the game was originally promised to be 15% off for those that tried the Wii U demo, Two Tribes is extending that offer to everyone who picks up the game at launch. For the first two weeks on sale it will only cost $12.75 instead of the regular $14.99 asking price.
The Switch version of the game includes some exclusive features. There is a new Copilot Mode that let’s you and another player control the Spider Tank together with 2 Joy-Con controllers for local co-op fun. HD Rumble is included so you’ll feel the action all around you. Over 48 achievements are built into the game for you to discover and unlock. Plus, the game loads faster, plays smoother and has been tweaked to offer the best gaming experience possible. It runs in 1080p and at 60fps on the TV.
We’re looking forward to blowing stuff up this weekend!
Blast your way through insanely spectacular battles in this hard, fast & hilarious action game. Better than ever on Nintendo Switch!
