Updated: 11/29/17
Kellogs U.K. has confirmed that the Super Mario Cereal is going to be released in the U.S., but not currently scheduled to come out in the U.K. This was a reply on Twitter from their official account:
We can confirm this product is being released in the US but not currently in the UK. We will pass your feedback on! Thanks.

Plus, here’s a look at the back for the box:
Original Story:
Kids like me who grew up in the ’80s will fondly remember the various cereals that featured our favorite video games. Toward the beginning of the decade was Donkey Kong cereal and by the end of the decade was the revolutionary 2-in-1 Nintendo Cereal System that had two different bags of cereal inside!
Now, nearly 30 years later it appears that Mario could be getting his own cereal once again. This is still a rumor, but Super Mario Cereal from Kellogs could be in development. A blog specializing in covering the cereal news of the day (hey there’s a blog for everything these days, right), is reporting that it’s quite possible this new cereal will become a reality soon. It is said to feature oat pieces with colored marshmallow shapes of Super Mushrooms, 1-Up Mushrooms, and Question Mark boxes. The really crazy part is that the box itself is said to have some sort of sticker on it that will have an amiibo chip in it and will work in Super Mario Odyssey.
Of course, all of this is still a rumor, but there seems to be some substance behind this one. Then again, this is the internet and it’s best to remain skeptical until an official announcement is made. Here’s hoping!
