The Deer God is on its way to the Switch later this month. You play as a deer in this pixelated adventure game. It’s been available for the Wii U for about 18 months, but if you missed it back then, it’s new to you! It will retail on the eShop for $7.99 when it arrives on December 21.

The hunter awakens in the afterlife and finds himself face-to-face with the Deer God, who in an act of karmic retribution reincarnates the hunter as a fawn.The hunter seeks to regain his humanity, but quickly acclimates to his new body, utilizing his newfound strength and speed to survive in the wild. Behind every cliff, canyon, and crevasse lay quests to help him acquire new skills.
