Sushi Striker: The Way Of Sushido Is Getting Nintendo Switch Version
Rakuten, the Japanese retailer who leaked the box and release date for Mario Tennis Aces earlier today also revealed another Nintendo surprise that was no doubt meant for today’s Nintendo Direct. Sushi Striker: The Way of Sushido is coming to the Nintendo Switch. This was originally showed off as a 3DS game at last year’s E3, but now it’s coming to both platforms.
According to the retailer both versions of the game are releasing on June 8 in Japan. I’m all for this type of cross-platform support going forward. In other words, if Nintendo insists on supporting the 3DS for the next year plus, that’s fine – but I also want them to bring the games to Switch for those of us who have already upgraded. It’s a win-win in my book!
