Is Nintendo Hinting At Third Donkey Kong Country Game?
As anyone who follows Nintendo knows, there are conspiracy theories and rumors swirling at all times. This one comes from Nintendo Italy’s Instagram account. Apparently they posted an image of Donkey Kong and three bananas with a caption in Italian. According to Go Nintendo this can translate as “Good things come in threes” or “There’s no two without three” or “Never two without three”.
Obviously there are two Donkey Kong Country games released so far from Retro Studios. Is it possible they’re working on a third? Anything is possible when it comes to Nintendo. The post has since been taken down, but here’s a screen grab:
