Sonic Mania Has Sold Over 1 Million Copies
Many critics have argued that Sonic Mania has been the best Sonic game in years. It appears the gaming public agrees, since the game has now surpassed 1 million copies sold digitally across the various platforms!
A physical version, Sonic Mania Plus, is arriving on August 28 with two new characters, an art book, and more for only $29.99. Keep in mind the game contains favorite zones from Sonic 1, 2, 3, Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic CD. The game truly is a “best of” compilation with new surprises sprinkled in. If you haven’t given it a go, you really should!
With the success of Sonic Mania, we can’t help but think a sequel is inevitable. We wouldn’t expect anything this year, but maybe 2019 will deliver more greatness?
