Nintendo Switch System Update 6.1.0 Now Available

A new system update is now available for the Nintendo Switch, bringing the version up to 6.1.0. Nothing too huge this time around, but your system will be a bit more stable. According to Nintendo:

Improvements Included in Version 6.1.0 (Distributed 10/29/2018)

General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience, including:

• Resolved an issue where certain games don’t recognize a Nintendo Switch Online membership for a short time after purchase

So, there you have it! Sometimes there are some behind the scenes updates that they don’t mention, but it looks like this one is just a small one to fix a tiny problem that slipped through the cracks. Where’s are new themes Nintendo?
