Fire Emblem Expo Planned For May 4

Intelligent Systems has announced they will be hosting a Fire Emblem Expo on May 4. While we don’t yet know what’s planned to be shown, we do know they will be having a live stream on YouTube and NicoNico for Fire Emblem 0, the trading card game. Apparently they may have more information about the expo during this stream, which will take place on December 8 (about a week from now).

While we don’t want to read too much into this, keep in mind that Nintendo had announced at E3 that Fire Emblem: Three Houses would be coming out sometime in Spring of 2019. Since then it’s been radio silence. Spring doesn’t technically end until June 21, so there’s a chance the game could be scheduled to come out between May 4 and then – or we could just be trying to extrapolate what little we have to go on. Given that we already know that Yoshi’s Crafted World is also a spring title, we could totally see Fire Emblem settling in for a May or June release. We’ll keep you updated!
