A new Pokémon Sword & Pokémon Shield Trailer trailer dropped in the UK today. The trailer focuses on the evolution of the mainline Pokémon games starting from the original Gameboy games, Red and Blue, to the Gameboy Advance era, DS, 3DS, and, finally, the Nintendo Switch.
It’s a fun little nostalgia trip for fans who have stuck with the series since its inception. It features black and white sprites from the early days of the franchise all the way up to modern 3D models that have become the norm today.
