Nintendo NY Closes Down Due To COVID-19

Drastic times make for drastic measures and as such Nintendo NY, the iconic Nintendo-branded retail store in New York City, just announced that it will be closing down for the foreseeable future. Obviously the health and well-being of Nintendo fans is of the utmost importance for Nintendo and so of course this decision makes complete sense.

However, we can’t help but feel for all of those fans who may have been hoping to pick up Animal Crossing: New Horizons this coming Friday. Obviously there are other means to procure a copy, via all sorts of online stores as well as physical ones (if there are any open by then). We wish everyone the best in this crazy time we’re living in!
